Regional Synergy Unleashes Innovation! Lifafa Spearheads Establishment of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Green Building Materials R&D Alliance

Nanhai, Foshan, February 28, 2025 — During the grand unveiling ceremony of the Yunfu Yun'an (Foshan Nanhai) Green Building Materials Application R&D Center, Foshan Lifafa Building Materials Co., Ltd. took the lead in rallying industry powerhouses like Sinoma Tianshan Cement and Hehe Stone Industry to establish the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Green Building Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance". This alliance aims to pool technological resources across the Pearl River Delta, propelling the industrial application of cutting-edge technologies such as solid waste materials and low-carbon cement.  

The spotlight of the event shone brightly on Lifafa’s "Zero-Carbon Bathroom Set". Crafted from recycled metals and featuring water-saving designs, the set has earned the prestigious EU CE environmental certification. The Yun'an District Investment Promotion Bureau announced procurement demands worth over 2 billion yuan for green building materials on the spot. Lifafa emerged victorious as the core supplier for the renovation project of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway service areas, securing an initial order for 50,000 square meters of mildew-resistant and antibacterial decorative panels.  

"Our 'reverse enclave model' shatters geographical barriers," emphasized the company’s R&D Director. Leveraging this collaborative platform, Lifafa has already partnered with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to co-establish a laboratory, accelerating the transformation of high-performance building material R&D achievements. It is projected that by 2025, this initiative will drive a remarkable 40% growth in the output value of the entire industrial chain.
